Kirsten and Dennis – Wedded Bliss

Kirsten and Dennis met five years ago working in a jewellery store. Dennis in accounts and Kirsten in the workshop. They got to know each other over tea breaks. Both share a love of movies and became ‘movie buddies’ which soon turned into a love for each other. Dennis’s parents and grandmother flew over from Mumbai, India for the special day, which was held at Sandgate Town Hall (built in 1911). The Hall was used for both the ceremony and reception and was styled by the lovely Amanda Canny from http://adorneventhire.com.au. It was such a gorgeous day and Kirsten and Dennis were both so relaxed and obviously in love. It was a pleasure to be able to capture everlasting memories for them!

Maddison and John – Wedded Bliss

Three years ago Maddison and John became acquainted through mutual friends and they kept running into one another at different events. Little did they know this would eventually lead them to their future once in a lifetime love. John skydiving down to the beach to propose to Maddison marked the start of their engagement, marrying each other one year later at the beautiful Albert River Wines, Tamborine house. Maddison along with family and friends designed, crafted and styled the whole wedding, resulting in an amazing day of love, laughter and lots of great photo opportunities for me X

Barbara Hooker - Great photos Marina, congratulations!

Kate and Danny – Wedded bliss

Having been together for over 6 years, Kate had to take things into her own hands and proposed to Danny.
As Danny said, “Kate’s proposal was both sudden and necessary” and he was relieved that the pressure had been lifted off his own shoulders. Their love of travel and history inspired the Celtic wedding ceremony and international table decorations. They performed an Argentine tango for their first dance, a dance which displayed their lust for one another and was a well kept secret from all wedding guests. Their wedding was a celebration of their heritage, their passion and the places they have travelled together and it was a pleasure to capture.
